Greetings, This is MIR4.
On September 30th, we confirmed an issue where some Dragonians who participated in the MIRAGE Hidden Valley Capture, were unable to obtain the rewards.
This issue occurred due to a temporary error in the MIRAGE Database, and we are currently fixing this issue.
Once we completely solve this issue, we will recover the unreceived rewards to Dragonians who participated in the Hidden Valley Capture, within the time the error occurred. Please note that the rewards will be sent in order.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will continue to put in our best efforts into providing a stable gaming environment.
